The Yuma County Fair is back for its 73rd year (April 1st – 6th, 2025), and we’re inviting commercial and food vendors to be part of this exciting tradition!

How to Apply:

  2. DO NOT send any money until your application is approved and you received a contract. 
  3. Complete the form with your business details, product offerings, and any other required information, please don't leave any blanks.
  4. Submit your application by January 3, 2025.

Entertainers

We are always reviewing applications for our strolling acts, stage entertainers (Guido's Family & Main Stage), on-grounds entertainers and bands.  

If you would like to be considered as an entertainer during the 73rd Annual Yuma County Fair, scheduled for April 1st - 6th, 2025 please contact Godfrey, Godfrey@themagician.com and include the following information in your e-mail:

  1. Links to performances.
  2. Daily rates or estimated cost for the entire event.
  3. Electronic Press Kit (EPK).
  4. Contact Information: please include the point of contact's full first and last name, e-mail address and phone number. 
  5. References of 3 other events you have entertained during the past year.
